If you wish to transfer nights to a family member here are all the details you need.



The rights to a package can be transferred exclusively to first-degree relatives (a first-degree relative is one's child, sibling or parent, husband or wife) by paying 10% of the booking price for each reservation (minimum transfer fee is 10 USD). However, it is strictly prohibited to resell a package or use it for other commercial purposes.


For example: if you prefer to transfer (3)three nights to your mother, the transfer fee will be 30$.

The transfer fee must be deposited into your Onyxum account via E-Wallet before starting the reservation process.

We will also need documents proving your first-degree relationship with the guests (such as passports, birth certificates, etc.).

 

After making the necessary payment, you can send a booking request using the Booking Feature in your profile.


The Regulations for after generated voucher.


Once your Booking reservation is made and you have generated vouchers then your Hotel booking is final. Things are different once you have a final voucher for your hotel reservation.,


The Package owner must be at the hotel during the reservation.

The name change must be sent with the original booking request; if the request is sent after the voucher is generated, the following penalties will be applied if the reservation is amendable:

  • 1 day before check-in date or on the check-in date:: 200 USD + 10 % of the booking price
  • 2 days before check-in date: 175 USD + 10 % of the booking price
  • 3 days before check-in date: 150 USD + 10 % of the booking price
  • 4 days before check-in date: 125 USD + 10 % of the booking price
  • Up to 5 days before check-in date: 100 USD + 10 % of the booking price


Please note that the customer initiating a name change will be asked to provide sufficient documents proving that the person they are willing to transfer the reservation to is their first-degree relative.

The name change will not be processed until the required fee, and all the requested documents are provided. 


Primary guests must be presented at the time of check-in and throughout the stay. Please do not send anyone else to the hotel if your name as the owner is in the voucher as hotels will not accept your guests if you are not there. If we receive a complaint from a hotel in this regard, the IBO agreement between Onyxum and the IBO who didn't respect this rule and their referrer will be cancelled. Consequently, they will only be able to use their package as a customer.


Cancellation regulations depend on hotel policies. Whenever a customer sends a booking request, they must ask only to receive suggestions of hotels holding a cancellation policy, if any. Without doing so, they will receive suggestions consisting of all available hotels with varying types of policies and regulations. The customer is solely responsible for all cancellation and/or booking fees.  No refund will be given for no-show(s), early check-out(s) and/or unused night(s).
